Upper body workout 10/4/14

Superset: wide grip pull up / dips: 4 sets of 10 reps

Superset: Deadlift / Bent over row: 4 sets of 10 reps

Superset: Wide grip pull down / cable cross over: 4 sets of 10 reps

Superset: Seated row / push-up: 4 sets of 10 reps

Finish: 60 min steady state cardio treadmill
