Lower Body Workout 10/5/14

Sets x Reps

Squat: 10 x 10

Leg Press: 5 x 10

Leg extension: 5 x 10

Finish: 60 min steady state cardio treadmill.

Breakfast: 4 whole eggs scrambled with 2 slices of wheat bread.

Half a cup of plain oatmeal with raisins and sprinkle of cinnamon.

Multi vitamin, water
