Greg Plitt: Chest Workout


Legendary fitness model Greg Plitt breaks down an awsome chest routine to sculpt out and define a great chest. Remember proper form and breathing are very important throughout your workout.

The Routine:


-Flat Dumbbell Press: 4 sets/ 12-10-8-6 reps


-Flat Dumbbell Flys: 4 sets/12-12-10-10 reps


-Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 sets/ 12-10-8-6 reps


-Incline Dumbbell Flys: 4 sets/ 12-12-10-10 reps


-Dips: 3 sets/ to failure


-Push Ups: 3 sets/ to failure
